It is a concentrated type of protein as it maintains more nutrients than other types of whey because of the processing method. It is the cheapest and most common form of whey protein.
Whey protein isolates
It is quicker to digest than concentrated form of protein.In this form of whey protein most of the fats and carbs are removes and because of fats and carbs removal it is mostly suitable for people who have issue of lactose intolerance .It have higher concentration of BCAAs(Branch Chain Amino Acids)which makes protein absorption /synthesis easier and faster.
Whey protein hydrolyzed
It is processed whey protein in which little building blocks called peptides are broken down in pre-digest state for super quick absorption.It can also taste a bit bitter because of processing methods.
